Pre-order disclosure

1. What you are reserving

One Sloth merino sleep sack (public brand Sloth; legal name Heysloth). Classic cut: Australian merino lining, organic cotton outer, no synthetic fill, two-way zipper with guards, opens flat, sleeveless, no snaps, no hood, not weighted. Worn over sleepwear. This batch is 0–6 months (56–69 cm, 4.5–8 kg). Do not size up. Later sizes 6–18 and 18–36 months are not in this pre-order.

2. This is not an in-stock sale

The sack is not manufactured and sitting in a warehouse today. Factory timing is not locked (RFQ still open). We will email you a ship week after the factory is confirmed. That date is currently to be determined.

Under the US FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, a seller who does not state a shipment date must ship within 30 days unless it clearly discloses a later or unknown date. We disclose: we do not have a ship date yet. We will not charge you until we are ready to ship.

3. Money — charge on ship only

• Merchant: Digital Consulting Limited (Hong Kong).
• Processor: Stripe. Setup Intent / card-on-file. No capture at reservation. Checkout is being wired; a place on this site is a hold, not a charge.
• When the sack is ready, we email the ship week and then charge the sell price then in force (launch sell: HK$780 or US$99; compare-at HK$899 / US$109 is a launch mark).

4. Cancel and refund

• Before we charge / before it ships: cancel by emailing hello@heysloth.com. Nothing to refund. No cancellation fee.
• After we charge and ship: Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance implied terms still apply. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for defects or a material misdescription.

5. Delivery — Hong Kong first

This first batch is delivered to addresses in the Hong Kong SAR only. A US dollar price on the site does not mean we ship to the United States yet.

6. Who may reserve

You must be 18 or over. You are buying for a child in your care.

7. If we cannot make it

If the factory cannot produce a sack that matches what we described, we will cancel uncharged reservations and will not capture your card. If we already charged and cannot fulfil, we refund in full.

8. How this sits with HK and US law

These disclosures are meant to meet Hong Kong Trade Descriptions, Sale of Goods, and, for US visitors, the FTC Act and Mail Order Rule. They do not waive rights you cannot waive. Governing law: Hong Kong. Full contract: Terms of sale. Data: Privacy Policy.
