Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS). We collect your name, email, delivery address in Hong Kong, and (when checkout is live) a payment-method token via Stripe to reserve a Sloth sleep sack, tell you the ship week, charge only when we ship, deliver, and handle cancel/refund. We do not use your data for direct marketing unless you separately opt in.

1. Who we are

Digital Consulting Limited (“we”) is the data user / controller. The public brand is Sloth. Heysloth is the legal / domain name. This first batch ships only inside the Hong Kong SAR.

2. What we collect and why

Identity and contact: name, email, phone if you give it, Hong Kong delivery address.
Payment: Stripe collects card details when checkout is live. We do not store full PAN or CVV.
Order and technical: SKU, currency, timestamps, IP, browser, locale preference.

We do not need the child’s name. Do not send extra data about the child unless we ask.

3. Children

The product is for babies. The customer is the adult. You must be 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

4. How we use data

Taking the reservation; transactional mail; charging on ship; delivery; cancellation; defect handling; fraud/security; accounting. We will not use your email to pitch later products unless you opt in.

5. Who we share with

Stripe (payment), Vercel (hosting), Google Workspace (email), couriers when we ship, professional advisers and authorities where required. We do not sell personal information.

6. Your rights

Hong Kong: you may request access to and correction of your personal data. We will reply within 40 days. Email hello@heysloth.com.

7. Cookies

Essential: locale (currency) in local storage. We do not run advertising pixels on this pre-order page.
